**The Fire Safety Smoke House is a mobile trailer provided by the city of Hobbs Fire Department. Firefighters man the trailer and utilize the realistic kitchen, living room, and bedroom a modified two-story layout to teach fire safety to children. The presentations include the importance of smoke detectors, having escape routes and provide a general idea of what to expect is a fire should start in their home. Bring the kids to learn from this interactive exhibit located at Smokey Bear Historical Park.
